EGGPLANT AND SKIN CANCER

Let me begin by saying that as I was posting this information instead of typing Melanoma I typed Melatonin. I do not believe in mistakes and coincidences so this will lead me into a new search of melatonin as directly related to melanoma.

Ive been hearing about some great success with this (NaturalNews) When it comes to skin cancer, Big Pharma offers only topical chemo creams and surgery. The chemo creams often don't work but often do cause ugly, painful side effects. Removing skin cancer tumors surgically usually results with tumors resurfacing sooner or later. Surgeries often leave ugly scars. However, there are inexpensive, effective, safe cures for curing skin cancer that are banned by the mainstream medical monopoly, which are not publicized by the mainstream media. A relatively new remedy, BEC5, is a spin off from an Australian folk remedy for farm animals. It is available to anyone online. It uses the phyotonutrients extracted from eggplants. Clinical trials and anecdotal testimonies confirmed BEC5's efficacy and safety on basal cell and squamous cell cancers. Melanoma is the least common but most dangerous skin cancer with the highest morbidity rate. It can metastasize into internal organs. The maker and distributors for BEC5 make no claims for curing melanoma so far. But at least one person who made a homemade version that anyone can make claimed it cured his melanoma. The homemade remedy involves a solution of vinegar and eggplant that extracts the same phyotonutrient glycocides and glycoalkaloids contained in BEC5 directly from the eggplant. The glycoalkaloids penetrate cancer cells selectively and destroy them. Normal cells are left alone.
How to make and use the homemade eggplant remedy
This is an attempt at disclosing what others report cured their skin cancers. It's purely educational and not meant as medical advice. Some of the anecdotal reports had their skin cancer diagnosed by MDs, with subsequent cures confirmed by MDs (1).
Some have used white vinegar, while others recommend raw organic apple cider vinegar. Get a medium sized eggplant and grind it up. Put that into a glass jar and fill it up with the vinegar. Place the jar into the refrigerator. After around three days with the white vinegar, the liquid should turn to a brownish gold color. That indicates it's ready to use. Apple cider vinegar is already a similar color, but three days seasoning in a refrigerator should be enough. Apply it directly to tumors often with a cotton ball, or secure the soaked cotton onto the tumor with tape. Treatment may take a couple of weeks or more. Both commercial BEC5 cream and the homemade version also work on warts and other unhealthy skin conditions. One user mentioned that according to his doctor (naturopath?), if the homemade procedure is painful, then it is melanoma that's under attack. Many of these homemade remedy users were in Australia, where Dr. Bill Cham, MD, PhD, found out about the Devil's Apple plant used by veterinarians and farmers to cure skin cancers on farm animals. Dr. Cham claims a high, safe cure rate with non-melanoma skin cancers from his own clinical testing. Detractors claim there are no published reports in medical journals. That could be due to the fact that Dr. Cham had to go it alone testing his cream on skin cancer patients in the UK hospital system. Dr. Cham demonstrates and explains his BEC5 cream in a video (2). Mainstream medicine always attacks natural non-pharmaceutical cures and their sponsors. However, a well known physician, Dr. Jonathan Wright MD, founder of the holistic Tahoma Clinic in the Seattle Washington area, backs up Dr. Cham. Dr. Wright sells BEC5 creams and explains how it works and how it was tested within the UK system (3 - 4). Dr. Cham determined that the same curative glycoalkaloids were available in eggplant. From there he went on and pioneered the development of BEC5 in London. Eating Healthy Doesn't Have to be Expensive

1-sprouting
2-$1.00 bins at your local fruit stands
3-Natures medicine cabinet -Lemons for pennies.

Today I am focusing on sprouting.

DEMYSTIFYING SPROUTING – WHY SPROUT?

1-Soak seeds and grains to "the point of life".
It does not get more nutritional than the fresh growth of new life.
Sprouts contain an amazing amount of nutrients and health benefits.
2-Sprouting brings grains and beans to a digestible level to avoid gut problems such as gas.
3-It’s inexpensive healthy eating.
4-It’s so easy!
5- Most important of all, IT TASTES GOOD!
Even my picky grandson loves to the crunch of sprouts.

Let’s Begin;
Use any container. I prefer glass but as shown in the picture a plastic container from cakes from the store works great too. Or take a well washed mayonnaise or canning jar and punch holes with nail and hammer in lid for air and drainage.Or tie a piece of cheesecloth or screen over a tall drinking glass ( a rubber band can secure the cheesecloth as well) Point being use something that lets air in and allows you to drain the water when you rinse it twice a day easily.

Key Points ;

Rinse beans or seeds really well.
Don’t over crowd the seeds , grains or beans
Rinse at least twice a day and drain pretty well

After rinsing (if using a jar) twirl jar on its side so beans stick to sidewalls a bit. This allows for more space and air.

I have found this method works great at preventing any type of mildew and bacteria and its super easy.

Keep it laid down on its side in cool darkish place like a kitchen cabinet or corner on your counter.

Your seeds and beans after 2-3 days will be sprouted and ready to use as a healthy crunch to salads soups home made breads any dish that needs a good zip.Put them in your fridge and add them daily to your dishes for added flavor and nutrition. Sprouts are also great to add nutrition to our pets foots. My dog Buju loves mung bean sprouts.

*(Note- Beans in cans are cooked IN THE CAN which means they retain their gaseous junk. ALWAYS RINSE CANNED BEANS REALLY WELL TO AVOID BELLY PROBLEMS as well as possible embarrassments )

If you are just soaking grains such as brown rice over night to make more digestible simply cover with water and soak then wash well. Soaking beans over night also helps to release the gaseous stuff too.

I believe all beans, seeds and grains can be soaked and or sprouted to highly increase their nutritional value.
 My personal favourite's are ;

Mung beans
Brown rice (soaked overnight)
Adzuki beans
Radish seeds

Have fun and experiment !

MORNING SICKNESS

Natural Morning Sickness Remedies

Here are five natural remedies that are used for morning sickness.
Diet
The following diet suggestions may help relieve morning sickness:
  • Eat frequent smaller meals, so that you are never too hungry or too full at one time
  • Avoid fatty or fried foods
  • Keep crackers, bread or toast, cereal, or other bland foods handy. Try eating a few crackers before getting out of bed in the morning.
  • Identify any triggers and avoid them
  • Make sure you are drinking enough fluids, especially if you have been vomiting. Try drinking in between meals rather than with meals, which some women find helpful.
  •

Acupressure wrist bands, often marketed as "sea bands", stimulate an acupuncture point called "pericardium 6" (p6), which is known in traditional Chinese medicine to relieve nausea. It is a wrist band with a plastic button that puts pressure on the p6 point inside of the wrist. They usually cost less than $10 for a pair and can be found online or in some health food stores. It usually begins to work immediately.
    Ginger
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a common remedy for morning sickness. It has been used for centuries in cooking and medicinally. The Food and Drug Administration classifies ginger as "generally recognized as safe".
It's quite common for medical doctors, midwives, naturopaths, and other health practitioners to recommend ginger for morning sickness. Four double-blind, randomized clinical trials support this recommendation. The dose used in the studies was a total of one gram of ginger per day, taken in divided doses, for four days to three weeks. This is equivalent to half a teaspoon of ginger taken four times a day. It can be steeped with hot water for five minutes to make a hot ginger tea.
Some sources say there is not enough information about the safety of ginger in pregnant woment to recommend it for morning sickness, saying that ginger inhibits an enzyme called thromboxane synthetase and may possibly influence sex steroid differentiation in the fetal brain. Studies have not confirmed this.
Another concern is that ginger interferes with blood clotting and may prolong bleeding time. A study that followed 187 women who had taken ginger during the first trimester found no statistically significant difference in the number of malformations, spontaneous abortions, and stillbirths.
    Peppermint Essential Oil
The aroma of peppermint can help a queasy stomach. Fill a large bowl with hot water. Place two drops of peppermint essential oil in the bowl and place it on a table near your bed. Make sure it is in a safe area so there is no risk of it being knocked over. Or use an aromatherapy diffuser, which can be purchased at some health food stores.

ALL FOR THE LOVE OF PINEAPPLE- BROMELAIN

Pineapple contains Bromelain. Bromelain is an enzyme that naturally helps break down foods so they are easily digestible.
Bromelain also helps clear mucous and infections in the sinus
Bromelain is a mixture of enzymes found naturally in the juice and stems of pineapples. Called a proteolytic enzyme, bromelain is believed to help with the digestion of protein.
Some bromelain appears to be absorbed by the body intact, so it's also thought to have effects outside the digestive tract. In fact, bromelain is often marketed as a natural anti-inflammatory for conditions such as arthritis. It's one of the most popular supplements in Germany, where it is approved by the Commission E for the treatment of inflammation and swelling of the nose and sinuses due to surgery or injury.
Bromelain is typically extracted from pineapples and made into capsule or tablet form. Because it's able to digest protein, bromelain is available in some grocery stores as a meat tenderizer. A topical form of bromelain is also being explored experimentally for burns.
When used for as a digestive aid, bromelain is usually taken with meals. When used for inflammatory conditions, practitioners typically recommend taking bromelain between meals on an empty stomach to maximize absorption.
    Why Do People Use Bromelain
    1) Surgery and Injuries
There is some evidence that bromelain supplements may reduce swelling, bruising, inflammation and pain after surgery and injury. In Germany, bromelain has been approved for these uses by the Commission E since 1993. Large, well-designed studies are needed, because not all studies have confirmed these results.
    2) Sinusitis
Bromelain has been suggested as a complementary treatment for sinusitis. Preliminary studies suggest that it may help reduce congestion, improve breathing and suppress coughing. It's approved by the Commission E as a complementary treatment for nasal and sinus swelling and inflammation after ear, nose and throat surgery. A review of three small but well-designed previously published studies found that bromelain may help relieve sinusitis symptoms.
    3) Digestion
Bromelain is a popular natural digestive aid due to it's ability to digest proteins. It's used for bloating, gas and other digestive symptoms and for conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome. Bromelain is often used alone or in combination with other enzymes such as lipase, which digests fats, and amylase, which digests starch. There is little research, however, on the safety or effectiveness of bromelain for digestion.
    4) Osteoarthritis
Bromelain may help with mild pain associated with osteoarthritis. It's a common ingredient in nutritional supplements marketed as a natural pain remedy for arthritis. Large, well-designed studies are needed to see if it is effective and to find out about possible side effects.
    5) Cancer
Bromelain and other proteolytic enzymes have been explored as a complementary treatment for cancer. Although there is some preliminary research, there isn't enough evidence at this time on the safety or effectiveness of bromelain for cancer. It should never be used in place of conventional treatment.
    Side Effects and Safety Concerns
Some of the more common side effects of bromelain include indigestion, nausea and diarrhea. Other side effects may include vomiting, increased heart rate, drowsiness and abnormal uterine bleeding or heavy menstruation.
Bromelain has resulted in allergic reactions and asthma symptoms, including breathing problems, tightness in the throat, skin hives, rash or itchy skin. People with allergies to pineapples should avoid bromelain. Allergic reactions may also occur in people with allergies to latex, carrot, celery, fennel, rye, wheat, papain, bee venom or grass, birch or cypress pollens.
People with peptic ulcers should not use bromelain. People with other digestive disorders should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using bromelain.
Theoretically, bromelain may increase the risk of bleeding, so people with bleeding disorders and those taking medication that can increase the risk of bleeding should only use bromelain under the supervision of their physician. It should not be taken two weeks before or after dental procedures or surgery.
The safety of bromelain in pregnant or nursing women, children or people with liver or kidney disease isn't known.
    Possible Drug and Herb Interactions
People taking "blood-thinners" (anticoagulant or anti-platelet medication), such as aspirin, warfarin (Coumadin), heparin, clopidogrel (Plavix), non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil), naproxen (Naprosyn, Aleve) should only use bromelain under a physician's supervision. It should also be used with caution by people taking herbs and supplements that are thought to increase the risk of bleeding, such as ginkgo biloba and garlic.
Studies suggest bromelain may also increase the absorption of other medications, such as:
    ·         amoxicillin, tetracycline and other antibiotics
    ·         chemotherapy drugs such as 5-fluorouracil and vincristine
    ·         "ACE inhibitor" blood pressure medications such as captopril (Capoten) and lisinopril (Zestril)
    ·         medications that cause drowsiness, such as benzodiazepines lorazepam (Ativan) or diazepam (Valium), some antidepressants, narcotics such as codeine, and barbituates such as phenobarbitol.

    SARDINES-
    NOT JUST ANOTHER PRETTY FISH
    EAT TO DEFEAT CANCER
Based on the medical findings of Dr. William Li
    I adore his work!

     One Minute Healing Tip-

Sardines are one of the richest sources of Omega-3-FA, which inhibit angiogenesis. Sardines have more Omega-3-FA than canned tuna, halibut, cod, or snapper. Sardines have as much Omega-3 FA as salmon but without the mercury contamination because sardines are low in the aquatic food chain.

    HEALTHY LIVING -

THE ANTS GO MARCHING ONE BY ONE

Natural Sprays to keep the Ants away! DIY
Make a simple mixture of white vinegar and water.
    Add to spray bottle .
(This simple mixture is great to clean, shine and disinfect counters -not granite-faucets, windows, mirrors etc as well. Its also great to soak non organic fruits and vegies in for a few minutes to help remove pesticides and bacteria)
Spray dishwashing liquid or just rub straight dishwashing liquid along the area they are invading
I was just beginning to get invaded by sugar ants on the window side of my kitchen counter last Thursday. I sprayed vinegar water and they slowed .Then I took straight lemon dishwashing liquid ( ants cannot stand lemon but any dishwashing liquid will do the trick )  on my finger and rubbed it all along the back of the sink area . I haven’t seen one ant since !
Carpenter ants  do not like turmeric or cinammon. Make a thin line (use a chalk line if you have one). They do not go over lines.
